About Me

I like being healthy. It's pretty obvious that I'm overweight so that is what got me into wanting to be healthy and inevitably led me to the bodybuilding lyfestyle. I enjoy the lifestyle and healthy eating. Otherwise, I'm pretty lazy. I'm a fan not only of the bodybuilding lifestyle but the sport as well. I understand and appreciate the hard work that goes into it and I think the bodybuilding lifestyle is something that just about everyone can benefit from even if they don't want to be a competitive bodybuilder.
