About Me

My name's Karen Amelie Claire, but you can just call me Karen, or Karebear =). I'm legal in 2 months and ready to get down and dirty and party! hahaha. I'm half French, and the other half is a lil mix of Chinese, Spanish, and other unknown ethnicities. I'm really short standing at only 5'0, but wearing my stilettos makes me a few inches taller! I really LOVE LOVE LOVE food! Throw any kind at me and I'll bet you I'll like it even if it's just a lil bit! I also love loyalty, kindness, and intelligence in the people around me. The people I love most are my family and my friends; they are the people that I know I can rely on in any situation to be truthful and supportive. Usually, I'm a happy, CRAZY, fun person (I think!). It's probably a good sign if I can have fun doing nothing, right? ;)

My Interests

I've always had a love for the arts. I figure skated and danced when I was younger, and I love to play the piano. I also love the outdoors and the beauty of nature. I'm also interested in fashion, different cultures, and I hope to become a surgeon one day!

I'd like to meet:

I would LOVE to meet people who are real (not that I haven't already). What I mean is I'd love to meet MORE real people! So many people these days are so into climbing social ladders and being into the latest gossip and backstabbing their own friends and family. I want to surround myself with only positive people. That means no negative, self-centered, or fake people! I really admire intelligence, people who can use humor to make situations better, loyalty, and people who know how to love and be kind to everybody! =)

Music:

I listen to everything, from R&B to house to classical to rap to country to pop to trance. A little taste of everything is good for the soul! =) A few of the artists I'm digging lately are Ginuwine, David Guetta, Mariah Carey, Snoop Dogg, DJ Tiesto, Usher, P. Diddy, Tupac, Tiff Lacey, Gabriel & Dresden, and Coldplay.

Movies:

I've always been a big fan of Disney; I'm really a little girl at heart! The Little Mermaid, The Lion King, 101 Dalmatians, Fantasia, and Beauty and the Beast are all in the top 10 for sure. Other movies I really like are Crank, Pirates of the Caribbean, Madagascar, Shrek, Over the Hedge, etc etc.

Television:

One word: FAMILY GUY. It has to be my favourite show to watch in every mood! It just makes me laugh because it's so funny! I also like The Young and The Restless, Friends, Dancing with the Stars, and The Simpsons.

Books:

I don't have a favourite book, but I love reading anything that can make me imagine big! I love fantasy books like Harry Potter, or fiction like If I Die Before I Wake

Heroes:

My biggest hero is my mom. She is so strong and optimistic, and she has been through so much. I really admire her.
