Well, well, well...time to update this thing. Yes, how much has changed since I first went on Myspace. My book came and went. I mean, it REALLY came and went. As in, I asked for (and kind of got) my rights back...and then the publisher filed bankruptcy. Not a banner way to start my career, eh? (Oh, and I say "kind of got" my rights back because it's not clear they won't end up as part of the bankruptcy assets).Sigh.Meanwhile, my new venture: I've become a True Romance selling fiend. Yep. I've sold five short stories to them since March. My debut appear in the May issue, I've got one in the current (July issue), two more in August, and one in September. Fun stuff!As for my novel-length writing career, well...it's back to the drawing board. A partial of "Leftovers" is with an agent. Queries and partials for "Fit For Love" are with...well...PEOPLE.It's all SUCH a L-O-N-G waiting game.And now...if I can...it's back to finding a home for Stealing Amy.Ack.
