Influences: Born in Brooklyn, New York but raised in Stoke Newington. ProperLyrics is one of the most under rated artist in the U.K scene.Using the Hieroglyphics’ of real song writing was a way to express the feeling of this confused but wise adolescent. Proper's songs reflect society and the struggles that come along with it which makes Proper the Uncle to the U.K scene.Proper's debut came on the scene in 2001 when he toured with Heatless Crew to places such as Cyprus, Switzerland and other European destinations. He made his impact on the scene with his “When You Look up on the Stage, Who Do You See" from the original Superglue which then later got Heartless a major record deals with East West.In 2003 Proper released Empire Mix Tape Vol.1 entitled “Smoke with Your Granma" which sold in excess of 5,000 copies. Proper continued to make Empire Mix tapes which featured up and coming talent such as Train Of Thought, Ray Vendetta, Gatsby, Rawz Artillery, Fame plus many more. Overall Proper sold in excess of 8,500 copies of Empire Mix tapes. Proper has also released two solo mix tapes entitled “Alpha Male" and "Captain Britain - Phase One" that he generously has given for people to download for FREE.Proper has featured alongside the likes of Zuz Rock, Ant Man, Platinum Sterling, Rawz Artillery, Heartless Crew, Hunt plus many, many more. Proper has also hooked up with Italian rap group J Tag, Sky Zoo from America and Klashnekoff a true great in the U.K scene.Proper just wants to pave the way for up and coming artist to spit the right way and not for them to be influenced to that Crack to your ear drum rap. Proper's eclectic taste for music includes Tenor Saw, Dennis Brown, Bob Marley, Elzhi, Kings Of Leon, LL Cool J, G.E.O.A.T - Micheal Jackson and Flowetry just to name a few.
