About Me

I paint, usually on a musical theme. Almost always real people, real musicians. Some like them, some don't.
I'm not here to add 5,000 'friends', just people with whom I have something in common. "Thanks for the add" comments will be dumped. My aim is to keep my total 'friends' under 100 - that results in me zapping a few wax figures every week. If you don't want to be zapped - show me that you can actually type a few words!
In many ways, I am a traditional, old-fashioned artist. I have no time whatsoever for unmade beds, dead calves in formaldehyde or the Damian Hirsts of this world who masquerade as artists. I have even less time for those pretentious pseudo-critics who award them prizes and tell us what art is supposed to be.
I believe that artistic talent is something one is born with in the same way as singers and athletes are born. Maybe Damian Hirst should enter the 100 metres in the London Olympics. He might even win.
