Love of getting things pierced; SAILING; all watersports; the outdoors, camping, walking, abseiling, kayaking, climbing, etc; skiing; MUSIC; jumping into slash off things; going to gigs; meeting strange and random people in bizarre ways; working. TRAVELLING and having "Laura's Little Adventures".
I like people who are a bit crazy (ok, I'm lying. A LOT crazy), who aren't afraid to try new things, who like to have adventures, who can be impulsive and spontaneous. I guess, anybody out to have fun!!

The Hitch-hiker's Guide series; anything by Kurt Vonnegut (esp Cat's Cradle - "there's no cat, and no cradle!"); Travel books; when I was younger: Howl's Moving Castle, the Lion the Witch and the Wardrobe Series, The Forbidden Game. Lady Chatterley's Lover, and that reminds me, what was that book by "Anonymous"? The Liveship series (whoo, boats!). Can't go much wrong with Anais Nin. And *Plato* now that I think of it (I mean "the Apology" and "the Euthyphro"... seriously!). Oooooh Ovid and Virgil's "the Aeneid"... Marion Zimmer Bradley's historical stuff. And of course... trashy chic fiction.....
All of my friends are my heroes, because every single one has something that they do so brilliantly!! They're all special :) (No, I can't believe I typed that either).
