My uncles introduced me to Hiphop at a very young age. Hiphop was bumpin out their boomboxes when they would baby sit me, and the mixtapes that their DJ homies made were always on deck. But, it wasn't always just Hiphop...lots of Rock, Soul, Oldies etc. too. All that music has stuck with me ever since.
I've been listening to, collecting, and have loved music since I was a single digit. I've owned turntables since 2000. And, ever since then its helped me play the music that some of you love and hate to listen/dance to. I dabble in production once in awhile. I need to finish the mixtapes that I've forgotten about. I'm always starting new stuff before finishing current projects, which I think is a bad habit. Hopefully I get that stuff out to you soon.
Currently, I have 1 more class to go @ Cal State Long Beach until I get my degree in History. My concentrations: U.S., Latin America, & Africa. I usually get all my work done at night so I'm usually up late. I occasionally read a book or two. I like watching a good film every now and then. I would like to travel to places I've never been to (especially the South/Central American & Caribbean regions). Also, I'm planning on getting my Masters in Library Science. I just got a new job. Other than that, life's been a blessing due to family & friends.
I'd like to meet People Who Can Put Me Up On Some New Shit, Music Lovers, Down To Earth But Out Of This World Type Women...and anyone who's down to go to Cuba to have a mojito or two (Yes, "Illegally")
