Prince Homer & Prince Butler

Homer is the black bunny and is 7 years old. He has been living with his owners, Sharon & Tommy, since he was the tender age of 8 weeks. He likes to go by the nickname Homey. Butler is the black and white bunny and is 3 years old. He came from the Kind Heart Rescue of Cream Ridge, NJ (a wonderful rescue, by the way!). He has been with his owners, for about a year and a half. He has many nicknames, including Mr. Cow, Mr. Butts, Butt-Butt and The Butts. "The Boys" are extremely spoiled, getting about 12 hours each of cage-free time daily and a big plate of greens nightly, with a piece of fresh papaya, which is their favorite!! They have to take turns coming out of their cages, as they don't get along and will chase each other around the room and box with each other! !

Do you live with other animals? Yes, a parrotlet (Jack), English Budgie (Percy), Canary (Harry), Hamster (Squirt) and a Betta Fish (Royal)
Which humans take care of you most? It's just mom & dad
What is you favorite fresh food? PARSLEY, Romaine, Escarole, Kale, Chicory, Carrots, Papaya, Pears, Apples, Bananas, Grapes
Describe you living quarters: Spacious cages with non-wire floors, litterbox, bowl overflowing with hay and separate pellet bowl!
What kind of toys do you play with? Wicker balls, Branch Bite chew sticks, Kings Cages rollups (looks like an enchillada!), shoes, bunny safe parrot toys, balls with bells in them
What's the most expensive thing of your owner's that you've damaged? Butler dug up a corner of the carpeting and Homer won't stop peeing on another corner of the carpeting! He just has to mark his territory!!
Do you drink water from a dish or a bottle? Bottle-a Water Buddy that doesn't leak or make noise from the little ball!
Where do you sleep most often? Lounging on the carpet or in our comfy cages

Do you like carrots? YES- it's like bunny crack to us!

Do you like cheap chew blocks? Sure, we'll chew on anything!
Do you like hay? We will only eat Oxbow hay-we're very picky!!
Do you like apples? Yes!!
Do you Thump when there's danger? Yes, we will run behind the couch and thump. Butler will thump if we forget to leave his nightlight on-he's afraid of the dark!!
Do you box to fight or play around? We box to fight-we have to take turns being out of the cage. Butler gets the 7am-7pm shift and Homer gets the 7pm-7am shift!
Have you ever seen a vet? Homer goes every 3 months to get his molars trimmed and Butler goes every 6 months!
Do you chew a lot? Absolutely! Whatever gets in the way of our teeth!
