About Me

I grew up surrounded by great rock music and was always intrigued by the guitar. Ever since I could remember I have played an instrument, be it the piano, trumpet, bass, or guitar. From the day I got my first guitar to today its’ never left my side. Through my love of music I can express things that have meaning in my life, from my mom surviving breast cancer to just the everyday things that a teenager experiences. Today most music is all about shock value and outrageousness, but I have a different approach. My music has meaning that people of all ages can relate to. A few years ago my mother had been diagnosed with breast cancer and at this time the music began to write itself. I began writing about my feelings and experiences during this difficult time. My music today carries a more upbeat rhythm as things are back to “normal”. Today at the age of 15 I have a story to and I tell it through my music. I use music as a way to prove, sure I’m still a “kid” but I have deep ideals and things I want to say. In a time where most music is lacking lyrical meaning and every song seems the same, I try to send a message of living life to its fullest to my listeners and try provoke them to do just that.the New York area. One of the largest reasons I have continued to pursue playing and keep writing the music that I write is because of the reactions I get from people. There’s nothing better in life than looking out into the crowd and seeing a tear in someone’s eye or watching them tap their feet and nod their head to a song you have written. The sheer adrenaline of being in front of people is an indescribable joy. I have no fear of crowds and have played in venues from 30 people to 300 people. I see no difference when in a small venue compared to a large. All I see is the faces of people who are there to see what I have to say and what I want to prove. I’m in a constant process of writing, as a new song seems to emerge every other day. All of which are hidden in my head waiting to be unleashed and heard. I’m ready for the world to see and hear what I have to say. My music provokes thinking, thinking leads to ideas, ideas lead to change, change leads to improvement. The more improved we are the closer we are to a better more peaceful worldJuly 3rd:= Tonight I played with 11 other people from around the country in a National Acoustic Hero Emergenza Final at the Bitter End in Manhatten. Thanks to my fans and all the other awsome people there I won a beautiful Ovation Elite T series guitar and got a professionally recorded demo!!!!!
