About Me

Formerly known as Miz Liz.... Well, lets see. I am 29 years old and life seems to always have something in store for me. I love to laugh and to make others laugh. I am passionate about life and the people whom I share mine with. I am often gullible and naive, neither of which seem sinful to me, although some would argue that I tend to loose out, I argue that the knowledge I gain is far more valuable than money itself. I cherish life and all living things. I believe in the energy cycle of life... that its never created nor destroyed, but just reshaped. I can't take organized religion or most politicians but I will always enjoy a good football game or a jam session. In general, I am pretty easy going, unless you piss me off. I have twins. I never thought I would have kids so twins is a surprise, times two. I love them. I also love my fiance. We are getting married in Sept 2008. He is my babies' daddy ;) and I think thats a cool thing to say. We compliment eachother. I go fast, he goes slow... we are pretty good about meeting in the middle ;) I love to travel, although I have a hard time getting around now. I love my friends and am excited to be reunited with so many that I have lost touch with over the years. Life keeps throwing things my way and I keep rolling with the punches. It seems to have worked out so far. Life is good. I love my boys, all of them: the twins and my husband to be. We have a new home and a new life and I couldnt wish for anything more :)

My Interests

I love people, first and foremost. Communication is the basis of all knowledge in my opinion and thus I talk lots and ask lots of questions!

I'd like to meet:

Anyone who can teach me something new :) ..

Zachary's First Tooth

January 17, 2008 A fter months of drool-soaked bibs, Zachary's first tooth was spotted on January 17, 2008 poking through the gum. Mom is excited about the new pearly white, but knows this is just the start of many months of fussy teething. One down, 19 to go!

Music:

My musical life has been vast, from punk and ska to old skool rap to alternative to classic rock. From Metal to House, I love anything with soul, rhythm and beats. The twins are quite musically inclined also. Since their short embryonic life began, they have seen the following live shows: Foo Fighters, Ben Harper, Damien Marley, Santana, Los Lonely Boys, Van Morrison, Gnarles Barkley, Brazillian Girls, John Mayer, Willie Nelson, Los Lobos and The Black Crowes in which each twin got 1 guitar pick for luck :) In addition, my twins are surrounded by a plethera of talent... Stew is referring to them as his new rhythm section which is wonderful as long as they dont start banging around until after they are born at least.

Movies:

Movies have to entertain me and I prefer to see them at home than in the theater. Most of my favorites are old including but not limited to, for various reasons: "Clerks", "Goonies", "Better off Dead", and "Chasing Amy".

Television:

Current addictions include: "Lost", "Grey's Anatomy", "The Nine", "Six Degrees", "Jeopardy" and of course FOOTBALL!!

Books:

I don't read often but I probably should get started. I do love the Harry Potter series though!

Heroes:

I am going to think about this some more....
