Whiz- the funkee south kakalinian has invaded your internet... born & raised in Charleston, South Carolina, Whiz began his hip-hop journee in '95 when he got his 1st set of 1200's. linking up w/ his cousin B & friend Pharoah, W.I.C.K.E.D. was formed in '97. B & Pharoah provided the rhymes Whiz supplied the beats. He moved 2 Hampton, VA in '99 & linked up w/ Vers (GBOS Productions) to form the production team the X-Elements & the super group G.B.C. G.B.C. & X-Elements joined forces w/ Phase 1 & others to lead the Hampton Renaissance & help spring the release of Soul Students.Whiz the dee-jay, the emcee, the producer....get 2 know all sides of this funkee Charlestonian.
