I'm the guitar player and singer in the Swedish trio: The Domestic Bumblebees.
I Have been playing Guitar for 20 years and I started to sing about 10 years ago...
I stated my first Blues band in '97 called Mercury Blues Band and the year after I started to hang out every Saturday for 2 years at the local Blues Jam at Stampen ( Stockholm).
Back then I started band with a great guitar player I met at the Blues Jam named Emil Arvidsson.
We put together The Young Guns in '98, we released 2 albums: "Blue Tango" in 2001 and then "Happy Go Lucky" 2003, both for The SCANA Label and we played about 300 shows around Sweden.
In 2004 we put down The Young Guns and I started a Rhythm & Blues Band called Danny & The Cappers that we released one record with: Walk right in in 2004. In 2005 Tobbe, Johan (also from the Cappers...) & I decided to play one gig as a trio. That became the start for The Domestic Bumblebees. We have released 2 Cd's with the Bees
and one when we're backing up Harmonica Sam.
We're are also going to release our first 7" vinyl in January 2009 and our next album hopefully around April 2009 so watch out!!!
