This band "started" way back in Late November of '04 when Alex Castillo and Jesus Gaspar wanted to start a band, BUT they didnt have any instruments. So, when Christmas time came around they begged their parents for guitars. So after Christmas they had gotten their guitar, and they began practicing at each others house. They picked the name "AUTO-TOXIN" for their band out of a dictionary. Once they had started to read tabs they soon started writing their own music. When the summer began, Alex and Jesus Practiced almost every day. Until Alex went to Mexico, hwere he Joined "THE ARCHAIC TERROR" (until the band split up later that year). In August when the new school year started, Jesus brought a bass player named Alex (Duff) Rivera to practice. Duff Had been playing in another band (DEFACER) when we asked him to try out. The band needed to find a Drummer to complete the song that had been written. The band asked many of their friends that knew "how to drum". During the procedure of picking through drummer, A friend named Marcus wanted to be the vocalist for the band. On they day of his audition he bought a brand new Shure mic and Marshall amp. So he was in disregarding his vocals. Since the band had no drummer, they were stuck, and couldnt make progress. Duff had quit the band to focus more on "DEFACER", and slowly Marcus began distancing him self away from the band in Late January '06. Alex and Jesus kept practicing together for a couple months. When Duff quit the band "DEFACER" he decided to come back to "AUTO-TOXIN". In the spring time Alex went to go see his old band (THE ARCHAIC TERROR) play with "NON-POINT". There, in the Mosh pit Alex met Justin Gomez. After the show had ended , Justin Asked Alex to join his band (M.U.R.D.E.R) Alex went to practice with "M.U.R.D.E.R." to ask Justin if he wanted to join "AUTO-TOXIN". Justin agreed and the band practiced in Justins garage. After about a month or two, Justin quit to Focus more on his other band "M.U.R.D.E.R." In summer school of '06 Alex and Jesus hung out with Justin at lunch. Justin had offered to be in "AUTO-TOXIN" again. Later that summer, ""AUTO-TOXIN" had decided to take that offer. During the school year, Duff dropped out of Roosevelt and went on home schooling. The band didnt practice alot through out this time. In Late November '06 the band practiced every weekend. After a couple of Practices, the band had written only one song. So Now landing a gig in Late December, the band had changed their name and picked up their act.
