My name is Jodie Esquibel born in raised in good ol' Albuquerque New Mexico. I am currently in hot persuit of my dream of becoming a world title holder in boxing. "Dream big" they say, and I do! I am currently ranked 5th in the world by the WIBA and 8th in the world by the WBC. That is in the straw weight divison, 105lbs. Climbing my way to the top, I can only feel myself getting closer and closer.
I have reached one of my goals and became a fire fighter March 19th 2007. Rookie Year almost over!!! I am living a dream come true. I love my job!! Next on my list I want to take my boxing career to the top. I am modivated and willing to do whatever it takes to get there.
