I am here for Friends and Networking

About Me

La Casa de Coco Loco is a small house over the water in the village of Loma Partida, Panama - it is a very special place for the spirit, a place of warmth, of uniting with nature and the world, a place to be at peace with oneself. I found both physical and spiritual healing in this place, and am now sharing it with others whom may need a place of solace while coming to terms with life altering situations - offering an exceptional experience living in unity with the natural world. It is here, at La Casa de Coco Loco, or the House of the Crazy Coconut, that one can truly redefine life. Imagine yourself here: a gentle breeze caressing your skin, erasing the stress which prevents your body and spirit from healing; a place where you can swim amongst the multitude of colorful tropical fish living and feeding on the coral reef at your feet; sleeping on a jungle-laden tropical island, with the sounds of parrots awakening you in the morning hours; meandering through exotic tropical gardens with Rita, the resident margay, as your companion; walking through the jungle, wielding your machete, as you become one with the world around you; playing with Rita, and enjoying learning about this exotic animal whom will most likely greet you each morning as you awaken; paddle in the translucent Caribbean waters in a dug out canoe; and realize that life is yours, truly. You can claim it. It may be different, but it is still yours. Mantamamma SA - Experience the World. http://www.picasaweb.google.com/mantamamma http://www.mantamamma.blogspot.com/
Myspace Profile Tracker World Visitor MapI currently spend part of the year playing Jane of the Jungle on a remote tropical island, Loma Partida, in Panama, and part of the year on Ocean Isle Beach, NC in the United States. I love to travel, to learn about new cultures, and to make friends....Through Mantamamma S.A., my Panamanian corporation, I am developing a retreat on Loma Partida to assist people recently diagnosed with life-altering diseases find a sense of acceptance, and a level of peace within themselves, as they make the decision how how to go forth with their lives. It is my hope that I can offer this nurturing place, and perhaps it can be the first step in healing the spirit, if not the body. If I could provide that kind of special healing for even one person, I would be so happy, and feel as if I had succeeded.Loma Partida is a magical place, a special place I would like to share with others whom need a place to figure things out. It is rustic - very rustic - a beautiful jungle-laden tropical island with a coral reef for snorkeling and swimming, and modest thatched-roof ranchos for sleeping. The basics are there, fresh water, fruit trees, a refrigerator and stove for preparing fabulous meals, birds of every color, abundant fish and lobsters to eat, a resident pet margay to watch, love and acceptance, and above all, peace. Perhaps the peace that is there can heal the troubled spirit of others? It did for me...

Leaving Loma Partida

The true measure of a man is how he treats someone who can do him absolutely no good. I am finding friendship in those whom help when they have nothing to gain by helping. That is the nature...
