Well lets see my name is Jackie, I'm 20 years old, I'm a Junior at ASU (go sundevils). I like alot of different things so naturally I study alot of differnt things. I'm currently working on duel Bachelors in Recreation and Tourism Management & Nonprofit Leadership and Management. Along with that I'm also working on duel Certifications in American Humanics & Special Event Management. I'm also in the process of deciding if I want to work towards a Masters in Youth Development with a concentration in Recreation. I know that was quite a list but I love what I'm studying and all of them can help me with whatever it is that I decide I want to do after graduation.
Pretty much I'm a full time volunteer, a full time student, and a shoulder for my friends to cry on whenever I'm needed. I work for the College Store West and I love my job, who knew that working in a textbook store would be so much fun.
I'm a follower of Christ (yay GOD) so honestly if you have a problem with that or have something negative to say please keep it to yourself. I get the two greatest opportunities to teach both a sunday school class of future Christians and help lead a wonderful group of Jr. Highers that are just really starting to understand who Christ is. I get to help the next generation of Christians with their jouneys with Jesus and that is the greatest blessing I could ever ask for.
I've also just founded a support network called Beauty from Pain. It's based around the fact that we all have pain in our lives; in our past, present and future. This network is ment to help those who are hurting to communicate with other individuals who have felt the pain that they are feeling and to show them that the pain is temporary and that something beautiful will come from the pain that they are feeling.
