About Me

I am 21 year old language student who has just got back after having lived in Germany, Canada and Spain for a year. So, about me? I am often described as eccentric, imaginative and unpredictable (although I wouldn't know this, would I?). I like to think that I am kind, friendly and passionate about everything that I do, but again, I wouldn't know. I like to try new things and I enjoy both smiling and making people smile. I like to take my time to get to know people properly, but at the same time, I am the kind of person who will chat to the person sitting next to them on the plane. I am very hard working and I enjoy using my brain. I also enjoy partying just as hard.I have a little website thingy going on too, if you fancy taking a look.... http://iliveunderatable.spaces.live.com/Mr. Chips hard at work...The Legendary Catherine TateThriller goes IndianMy faourite moment from The Simpsons ever

My Interests

Languages, music, singing (I would draw, but even my stickmen are deformed), reading, partying, walking, hanging out with friends and DVDs

I'd like to meet:

People. Lots of people. From all over the world. There isn't really a "type" of person that I get on with the most. If you start having "types" you miss out on too many interesting and nice people :)

Music:

Björk, Madonna, Goldfrapp, Emilíana Torrini, Daníel Ágúst, Tanya Tagaq, Moby, Kate Bush, Í Svörtum Fötum, Lily Allen, Kate Havnevik, Michael Jackson

Movies:

The Exorcist, Meet the Fockers, Kill Bill, Saw, Dogville, Disney films, El labarinto del Fauna, Lola Rennt, Das Experiment and Sieben Zwerge - Männer allein im Wald.

Television:

I NEVER watch TV, but for someone who hates it so much, I made my way through every series of 24. I love The Simpsons, The Catherine Tate Show, Absolutely Fabulous and Little Britain as well... And no, I'm not a hypocrite... I watched them all on DVD :Þ

Books:

For escapism, anything by Dan Brown or J.K.Rowling. Terry Pratchett is good too :) And who could forget Harry Potter? For non-fiction works, Wild Swans by Jung Chang is just simply amazing. You should try it....

Heroes:

Ach, who needs heroes when all you need is a little faith in yourself...
