First Light, a Roots Reggae band spiced with a touch of Dub.A band with great musicians that have a serious vision of life and that are deeply related to the rebel music of Reggae. The band was founded in the spring of 2001 in Enköping (a small town not far from Stockholm), by the lead vocalist Michél León when he was 17 years old. Starting as a four people band they were already moving towards the people to reach out, to the Reggae audience of Sweden. Within a brief period of time more members started dropping in to join. And one of the first members who joined the band in the early days, was Michél's younger brother Daniél 'Don León' ( He was 16 at that time ). With a good choice of musicians the band became a ten people strong band, that sees themselves as true Reggae warriors. That fights to spread the good vibes and message of Reggae music. The band has since the begining been focused on to be a live acting band. First Light has been well responded among the crowd and the listeners of Reggae music in Sweden. FIRST LIGHT
