It's been an all right week. I missed karate all of this past week owing to this stubborn sinus infection. I can't stand being inactive like his and I'm supposed to promote this coming week on Friday....

Today was a happy day in spite of the doctor's where I found out I had a systemic reaction to an insect bite and had to have a tentanus shot. Am on 10 days' worth of antibiotics and a corticosteroid. ...
