I really love music. I am most interested in songwriting. I love John Lennon and the Beatles. I am obesessed with John Lennon; I am obsessed with the Beatles!! i think if any man had any taste, he would wear his hair like George Harrison in 1965, wear a european style suit, and perhaps that little black cap John used to wear. anyways...that is my stupid idea of heaven. My favorite record is Mind Games I guess. i love Aretha Franklin. i like the Marvellettes...Dusty Springfield...Irma Thomas, i love the Zombies, the Kinks...and I'm really into the Shirelles...I wish i could go back in time and be one of the Shirelles...oh...and check out my swedish friend Olle's music. he's on my top eight and i love his music!
The Beatles Anthology, Whatever Happened To Baby Jane, Happiness, Mommy Dearest, Jane Austen movies, other period films with people dressed up in ridiculous outfits and petticoats, Alice Sweet Alice, Rebecca, The Haunting, Murderous Maids, Lolita, Roman Polanski films, The Bad Seed, the Song of Bernadette, The Flowers of Saint Francis...(I don't watch movies much, but apparently i gravitate towards homosexual cult favorites...so i've been told).
I have a little more time to watch tv now...i'm a big fan of grey's anatomy...a close second is desperate housewives...i like medium...i've started to get into that miami ink show recently, even though i have no tattoos, it's still a heart-wrenching show in my opinion...i watch a lot of tlc shows and bravo shows...project runway, top chef, sheer genius, workout - these are shows they run over and over again all night long, so i can catch up. i like turner classic movies. my favorite channel was discovery health channel, but i only have basic cable now. i like "to catch a predator" -that dateline special when they catch online perverts. i'm just excited that for a while i'll be able to watch tv again, so this list is inspired by a burst of enthusiasm and a false sense of freedom that will disipate shortly. :(
