About Me

I am a healing facilitator by profession and passion, with Therapeutic Breathwork as the main foundation for my work -- but I remain open to showing up in whatever way another being needs to return to themselves -- always listening for cues from Spirit -- always being asked to trust what I hear/sense/"see," because I otherwise cannot possibly know what anyone needs. It can be as simple as being present for someone, which I have found is the most powerful gift I have -- Loving Presence. It can be holding your hand, laughing with you, crying with you, creating a container of safety and permission for you to for once feel whatever is true, maybe reflecting raw honesty back to you, perhaps just quietly sitting with you. It can also be showing up with the elaborate tools of sound, energy and movement.
My latest intention has been to embody the practice of loving everything. What is there left to do? We've all tried fighting, resisting, battling, struggling, saying something or someone should be different than what it is. What is there to lose, in the practice of love? Even loving the struggle. Even loving the fight. Loving what is.
Of course, walking the talk, is the journey. A small part of me still reacts, still defends, still fights. And I am even loving that. I've even stopped arguing with the fact that I still do that. I'll do it, until I don't. Sometimes falling down, and getting back up again.
In each moment the thought comes to me, I remember that inside myself resides all the peace, sovereignty, freedom, joy, beauty, love, connection, and abundance that I have ever searched for.
I find that this is how I am asked to show up in all areas of my life -- with Loving Presence, in whatever form that may be.
I love the Earth, all of her creatures, the elements, the stars, the Moon.
