i'm on a mission...for VJ glory...while TRL is likely no longer amongst the favorite programming of my immediate peer group, it remains a long-standing dream of mine to become a VJ. I LOVE Music and I LOVE Music Television...and as such, I am dying to become a VJ because of how closely the job positions the young adults who fill these spots, to music, music videos and the artists, themselves....Slowly but surely, I have been making headway toward achieving my dream...but I need help with getting some more exposure. Record Labels and Television Stations are relying more and more on data collected on websites such as MySpace and YouTube. In particular, they have begun considering the "number of views/hits" that individuals are getting on these sites, as they begin picking up new artists/actors/hosts...With these considerations in mind, I have started this brand new MySpace page and have solely dedicated it to my quest to become a VJ...and I am asking for your help, by visiting it as often as possible! As time goes on and my number of "profile views" increases, I will keep MTV apprised of my growing popularity/"the people's interest in my becoming a VJ."Beyond just visiting my MySpace page, I am asking everyone to a)"befriend" me, b) to visit my profile as often as possible, c) to post comments about what type of VJ you think I'd make and d) to please, please, please, pass my story/MySpace link on, to everyone you know. ...and if you don't have a MySpace page already, I would consider it a tremendous compliment/favor, if you were willing to create one, if for no other reason than to show your support!...right now, there's not much on my page, but I intend to update it quickly. I'll be switching up the photos, frequently and discussing all of my favorite music/the concerts I attend! ...and I will always be open to your suggestions!What is MySpace for, afterall, if not to help accomplish dreams? :) Thank you so much for being a part of making mine come true!All my thanks! xoxojd
