Matt Sinclair gets his inspiration from his extensive live and studio experience, and has been influenced by an eclectiic mix of groups and performers including The Pet Shop Boys, Steely Dan, Frank Zappa, Kraftwerk and hi energy Ska/Rockabilly outfit The Forest Hill Billies.
He has written-with and produced a range of vocal artists and songwriters, including the legendary John Atkinson and writer/performer Jacqueline Kroft.
As well as writing soundtracks and idents for Film and TV, Matt also writes unique ear-catching short stings and jingles for advertising and radio.
His television soundtrack work has been heard on prime-time BBC TV in the UK and he regurlarly performs live in the UK and France as a vocalist and playing guitar and bass.
