I SERVED IN THE U.S. MARINE CORP AS A CORPORAL,STATIONED AT KANEOHE BAY HAWAII,FROM '83-88' HONORABLY . I WAS A .50 CAL. DOOR GUNNER ON BOARD CH-46 AND CH-53 HELICOPTERS,RAKING IN OVER 1500 HRS IN THE AIR.ON THE GROUND I WAS A PARACHUTE RIGGER/LIFE SUPPORT SYSTEMS TECH. I DID TWO WES-PACS,ON MY SECOND TOUR,I TAUGHT MYSELF HOW TO PLAY GUITAR BELOW DECK ON BOARD THE USS OKINAWA WITH A GUITAR I BOUGHT IN A PAWN SHOP, little did i realize that this was a life changing purchase. I believe in destiny. We live in one of the oldest houses in the country,built in 1730,the old family homestead,since the early 1800's. 12 acres of hunting fishing,camping,riding room.
