milemarker128 [NEW SONG UP!!!]

About Me

milemarker128 started on a trip to Kansas City for Rock The Light. For some reason, you get the weird idea of starting a band when you go to see big name bands, so we passed a mile marker sign that said Mile 128, so we said, what the heck, that'll be our name, and it stuck. The problem is, we didn't have any music and we had no one to sing. So the idea of a band went on hold for a couple months.
Then, Michael C (piano) started to make some music--and it wasn't too bad. It wouldn't work with just piano, so Michael M (bass) and Matt (drums) jumped on board.
But there was still no one to sing, so we found Ellie (vocals). So we finally had everyone there, we had the music, but no lyrics for Ellie to sing. Well, to make a long story short, we have them now.
Next up, we found Brian (guitar) and Kristyn (guitar), and they have really proved to be amazing already. So there's our history. We are all from Kansas, and our goal would be to play music that even someone who isnt really into our style of music, will still listen to because of its message. We play for God and to glorify him, but we are gonna have a bunch of fun doing it.

Well, we had a practice and worked on all the songs we have, everyone actually had a new song and they all sound great. We'll try in the following months to get good recordings and more music on...
