Derian Morgan also known as Doughboi is a Florida-based musician who sings, dances, but has a main concentration in the hip hop movement as a rapper. On April 19, 1991, a star was born. Doughboi’s rapping career started at about the age of five after his aunt wrote his first rhyme, thus launching him in the world of music. Doughboi’s mother/manager always told him “Go after every dream and aspiration with no hesitation, as long as you believe the entire way through.” Now, Derian’s main passion is music; although school comes first. Entering the twelfth grade and attending Boyd H. Anderson High School in Lauderdale Lakes, FL, Derian knows that without a solid background and foundation in education, there is little chance for future success and functioning with a corporate mind frame for this industry. All material from Doughboi’s album both heard and unheard has been originally written by him.
