Tequila Mockingbird

About Me

Tequila Mockingbird is an original band from Denver, Colorado. This quintet is a long-standing staple on the western front range and is known for their dynamic live performances, as well as their catchy, hooky songs; the songs and lyrics descibed as "never felt so good to feel so bad." The group brings a unique style to your ears and mind; the tunes range from blues rock (Catching On) to alternative country (Drunk Again) to powerpop (The Honeymoon) to heartbreaking ballads (Shades of Grey). The songs are driven by the energy and madness of the Birds - as original as the music they produce. The band's debut album "UFO" was produced by engineer Bill Thomas and the band. UFO also features bass tracks by Rob Squires of Big Head Todd and the Monsters.
