Mischa Barton!!!!! Because she is just amazing and brilliant! I mean did'nt u just love her in the O.C., and then wen she died it was soooo upsetting. The O.C. will never be the same with out her. I would also have 2 say Phoebe Philo, coz she is just fab, and i love her clothes, they are so plain and simple, but very sophisticated and feminine.......AND I LOVE CHLOE!!!
