About Me

Immortality's my game
From Bliss I came
In Bliss I'm sustained
To Bliss I return

You are The High Priestess

Science, Wisdom, Knowledge, Education.

The High Priestess is the card of knowledge, instinctual, supernatural, secret knowledge. She holds scrolls of arcane information that she might, or might not reveal to you. The moon crown on her head as well as the crescent by her foot indicates her willingness to illuminate what you otherwise might not see, reveal the secrets you need to know. The High Priestess is also associated with the moon however and can also indicate change or fluxuation, particularily when it comes to your moods.

My Interests

I'd like to meet:

The Sufi poet Rumi.

Poets of all persuasions.

All those pioneer gothic writers (Lord Byron, Percy Bysshe Shelly,
Mary Shelly, Clair Clairmont and John William Polidori)
who on June 16th, 1816 gathered together at the Villa Diodati
near Lake Geneva, where sitting around the log fire,
talking late into the night, entertained themselves
with Lord Byron reading german ghost stories from "Fantasmagoriana",
a volume of German shudder stories translated into French.
Upon finishing, he challenged everyone in the room to write a ghost story
whereby the classic “Frankenstien” story was conceived by Mary Shelly
and the first english vampire story "The Vampyre" was written by John Polidori,
inspired from a fragment of the tale created by Lord Byron

Would also love to meet the Bronte sisters - Emily and Charlotte who wrote the classic gothic romance books
"Wuthering Heights" and "Jane Eyre".
Also Louisa May Alcott who wrote "A Long Fatal Love Chase" and "Behind a Mask" under her
other nom-de-plume A.M Barnard.
And Sheridan le Fanu who wrote the collection of short stories "In A Glass Darkly" 1872
where the story "Carmilla" inspired Bram Stroker's 'Dracula' novel.
Baston Leroux the french journalist turned author and film maker who wrote the unforgettable "Phantom of the Opera".

here on myspace to meet story tellers, film makers, gothic musicians
gothic role players, raconteurs, writers, poets, visionaries, supernatural shamans,
reality transformers, connoisseurs of magic, angels, erotic demons, dancers whose heart & feet are set on fire,
like minded creatively connected souls who understand & revel
in the artistry that is the interplay of light and shadow upon the canvas of this universe.

A ROSE THAT IS LIT BY A FIRE OF FRIENDSHIP WAS LIT FOR YOU BY ME.

Sandman Dream Maker.

"We enjoy the night, the darkness, where we can do things
that aren't acceptable in the light.
Night is when we slake our thirst." William Hill

"The insatiable thirst for everything which lies beyond,
and which life reveals, is the most living
proof of our immortality" Charles Baudelaire

“Love is much like a wild rose, beautiful and calm, but willing to draw blood in its defense.” Mark Overby

"The darkness that surrounds us cannot hurt us. It is the
darkness in your own heart you should fear."
Silvetris

"For love is immortality" Emily Dickinson
