It was through the expanding ripples formed by the stones skipping over and disturbing the tranquil surface of the lake that we each saw ourselves and what we could become together. A frame of cloud-streaked, deep blue sky behind our reflections echoed, “Yes, it is possible.” We linked hands and walked home through the meadow. Oh what plans..............
