Layout Created at KillerKiwi.net An idea born in the vip room of a Kalliningrad nightclub after a bit too much vodka and and two days of hardcore sleep depravation... the Shalfey project combines the musical talents of American born, London based producer and vocalist Odissi with those of a Russian based producer by the name of Motive. While the obvious difference in location and backgrounds makes these two an unusual duo, the result of their studio efforts is well worth the challenges that come with collaborating with someone from another country. Bringing to the table a unique and head turning sound that blends Odissi's love for heavy and quirky vocal breakbeat with Motive's passion for techfunk and electro guarantees that the Shalfey sound will be one that will please a broad spectrum of musical tastes.
