I'm not the best, I'm not the worst, I'm just me - and no-one does a better job! I've had a few solo guises over the years (Amoco Cadiz; Helen Shadow; Lady M, for those of you familiar with The Space Cadets; Helen Ingham).
I've also played and recorded in a few bands (Blue Ridge Rockets, Johnson Family, Blue Blazes, Shillelagh Sisters, Queen B's). I've also written for a few projects too (The Big Six; Space Cadets; Killer Brew; Ace Cafe London website: www.ace-cafe-london.co.uk. I play guitars of various kinds, bass and mandolin these days, as well as vocals.
I've been lucky enough to travel the world making friends doing this. You can shove the fame and fortune bit, this is what's important!
