We're a small group of college/uni. age students living on the West Island of Montreal, that desire to make a difference in the world. After a long afternoon at Second Cup, discussing who we want to be and what we want to do, we came up with the name OASIS. Oasis, defined: something serving as a refuge, relief, or pleasant change from what is usual, annoying, difficult, etc. Like an oasis, we desire to be a community that inspires life. What exactly does that mean? We're not really sure!! We just hang out, we're friends with a vision to love the world into positive change. We're also very open to making new friends with the same vision (or not). Come join us to dream, share your gifts and talents, and bring hope to our world.
