"Were Emmasis. Pronounced (Emma--sis).we are the sole thrash band in a scene dominated by cores, were not brutal and we don't grind. Now that we have established that. Our name is derived from the medical term emesis, which is to vomit. This music is a collective release of anger, and frustration; we have become sickened by the atrocities of mankind and are no longer going to stand idly by while things get worse. We have been constantly exposed to the heinous deeds this race has committed. Exhibiting racism, sexism, greed, war, attrition, pollution, rape all of this cultures weapons for inflicting fear and trepidation. There is so much hatred in the world and this is our way to expressing our disgust and dissatisfaction with it, we do not seek to contribute to the mass of negativity that is festering within society growing like a tumor. Emmasis is the regurgitation of all of this negativity, an expression of rage and abhorrence toward the brutality of man. You won't find anything here that you have heard before because we are trying to establish a new landscape one without the trite indiscretions of ignorance and fear.
