My name is Pierre Lemieux (Pete);I'm a Psy Producer from Ottawa Canada. I've been mixing psy/goa since 1999 and started producing psy trance in 2004/05. I’ve been in touch with my musical side since I was 10. Started playing guitar and bass, I got in to some jazz/soul music and stared learning the trumpet in high school and was top of my class...Since that time, I’ve listen to lots of breaks/old skool drum and bass and wanted to make that style of music and the I found myself at a small psy trance party in Ottawa call Synesthesia. I saw the light of psychedelics and I never turned back. I became Friend with Dave and Scott from One Tribe and had the pleasure of playing at the 2000 World Electronic Music Festival in Toronto Canada, with Taka, Matt Boom, Hallucinogen, GMS and also played at Exodus in Montréal Canada with Astral Projection. In 2002, I joint this little group of guys just having fun with every called Freak Addiction Krew (F.A.K.) and made parties in Ottawa, Montréal and near Toronto Canada and has been active in the progression of Ottawa psy scene. In Nov 2005, I was introduce to CQDX from teknotrutle.ca and host of the teknoturtle radio on chuo 89.1fm Ottawa and on the web at chuo.fm on Friday nights from 12am to 6am EST. This legend of techno in the UK and Montréal, Canada wanted to spice up his show with some psy trance.... since that day I’ve been a co-host with him and play pumpin' psy trance every Friday. Now I’m ready to introduce Ship Wreck to the world and en-trance you in the power of Canadian psy...... enjoy the music BooM
