Real Talk:
We are a band of kids from Cleveland, OH. Since our first show in December 2006, we have been teetering on an avant-rock precipice. We recorded “It’s a Weird Time to be Alive” in 2007 in a basement using two microphones and panty hose as a pop filter. Then we all went to COLLEGE in different cities, specifically Chicago, Philadelphia and West Lafayette. We continued to write using computers and the internets to show our song ideas to each other. By the time we reunited in the summer of 2008, we were ready to record “Only the Earth Can Make a Tree”. We trekked across valleys and streams to record our newest songs, collectively entitled 'Only The Earth Can Make A Tree' with Casey Crescenzo and Andy Wildrick (of The Dear Hunter ) in Providence, Rhode Island. It will be available for free or paid download and physically quite soon.
This summer we plan to do a circuit of small house shows across the Midwest. If you live in Ohio, Chicago, Indiana, Kentucky or even like, Michigan, or something, and you’d like us to come play/party at your home, just give us a shout and we’ll set something up.
Until then, enjoy our jams. Listen to our lullabies, rage to our recordings, or dance to our drones.
