Movie buff turned director's assistant with vast plans for the future. The sky is the limit and there are no boundaries concerning format, genre or style.
Bilingual from birth and with a photographer as father, languages and all kinds of art appealed to me as a kid and have been prominent throughout my life. Swedish, Russian, English, German and French were taught in school and from experiences in life and from an early age, I was found reading books, writing stories, drawing pictures, watching movies and photographing while other children were playing.
Watching movies and reading books about the craft became my film school and it didn't take long until I started experimenting with a camcorder and learning how to put my vision on a screen. A short film (a scene from a feature length script that I'd written) led to my first paid assignment: a music video for the Swedish rock band Chick Habit, which subsequently plunged me into the Swedish film industry, when I landed my current occupation.
At Atmosfär Production, I've been working on commercials for Mercedes, Leiras, Nescafé, Libero, SAS and Swedish Armed Forces among others as the assistant to director Jörgen Lööf and have been working with him on still campaigns for Björn Borg as well.
I've directed projects for Helena Hörstedt, Björn Borg, Chick Habit and currently have the short film "Mixed Messages" in the pipeline.
