C.Stylez although born in Brooklyn , New York ; comes to you from Detroit , Michigan – The “313”. Detroit , well know for its immense music legends inspired me to further develop the music talent that I’ve possessed since I can remember. My breakthrough came about in 2007 after the launch of my mix tape “It’s Official”. I continued to let life inspire my lyrics and kept it coming strong… With dedication and determination, I released my first full length reggaeton ablum “El Nuevo Comienzo” in 2008. Also in the mix is my music partnership, “the One”, with Bryce and Sage at AeeTech Edutainment… representing all the way! Currently in the works, is the introduction of my own record label “Tec Records International”…stay tuned for the release later in 2010. Growing up, my father was a musician. He played in bands leading me to know that those were the footprints to follow. It was that one day during the 4th grade that I confirmed my passion for music. As I played that snare drum, I told myself “I’m going to become a musician and share it with the world someday”. At the age of 13, I played congas and timbales; percussion – the core of Latin music. I played in a couple of bands enhancing my musical development. Percussion allowed me to feel the “flavor”; and integrate my fervor for music with Latin soul. In 2003, I inter-connected my musical skills set with Hip Hop, Rap and Reggaeton. I began composing lyrics; combining it with my own beats. I had/have a message to deliver… Share with the world who I am… allowing C.Stylez to be known for who he really is via the currents of his music.
