Il gruppo nacque da un'idea di Mattia e Arianna che, ancora in fasce, sognavano il palco. Dopo aver scartato varie opzioni, si rassegnarono all'idea di essere parte solo del pubblico.
Ma dopo un paio d'anni, Cappuccetto Rosso..Ah no, scusate!Abbiamo sbagliato storia!
Dopo un paio d'anni, decisero di darsi da fare, anche se lui (Mattia) avrebbe dovuto essere il batterista e lei (Arianna) la chitarrista. Per puro caso, i loro destini si scambiarono e fu così che Arianna divenne la prima batterista donna della Val Tidone, e Mattia il primo chitarrista under '90.
Dopo aver capito che in 2 non sarebbero riusciti a combinare niente, costrinsero Riccardo (meglio conosciuto come Edwin) a diventare abile nel giuoco del basso.
A questo punto, visto che nessuno dei 3 aveva l'ugola portata, capirono che l'unica fonte di salvezza per loro era racchiusa in quella di Valentina!
E così, nel febbraio 2006, nacque il gruppo, con il nome provvisorio di "Spongerock" (tutti matti per Spongebob!), poi convertito in "The Reckless Fellow" e quindi in "The Reckless".
Nel Marzo 2007 nasce il primo demo autoprodotto "Carillon" registrato al Black Insane Fax Studio di Trevozzo V.T (PC): 4 pezzi tra potenza e melodia, che vanno a toccare tutti i generi da noi ascoltati.

It all began with an idea of Arianna and Mattia who, still kids, were dreaming of the stage.
After having thrown away quite a few options, they resigned to the fact that the only way to be reach that stage, was to be part of the audience. But after a few year, Little Red Hiding Hood….no wait, that’s another story!! After a couple of years our heroes decided to get a grip, even though Mattia should have been the drummer and Arianna the guitarist. Just for coincidence, their destinies changed directions so that Arianna became the first woman-drummer in the north Italian lowland and Mattia the first guitarist under ’90. after having understood that just they 2 couldn’t manage to do a sh*t alone together they obliged Riccardo (better known as Edwin) to get along with the bass. At this very point, noticing that none of the 3 had a great voice, they understood that their only hope was closed in Valentina! So, in February 2006, the group was born, with the temporary name of “Spongerock†(everyone is crazy about Spongebob!!), then it became “The Reckless Fellow†and finally “The Recklessâ€. The first self provided demo is from March 2007 “Carillon†recorded at the Black Insan Fax Studio in Trevozzo V.T. (PC): 4 tracks full of power and melody, which touch all the genres that we listen to.
