About DJ Spider:
Jamin Goodner, BKA DJ Spider is a graduate of Broad Ripple Center for Performing Arts in Indianapolis, Indiana. He currently resides in Indianapolis where he produces Hip Hop, R&B, Neo Soul, and Progressive R&B music. His style is unique and varied but it draws comparison to Jazzy Phae, Danger Mouse, Madlib, Darkchild, and Dr. Dre. He prefers to create his music from scratch using keyboards, drum kits, and other instrumentation and samples sparingly.
Spider studied on campus at the University of Phoenix and completed 4 semesters of Musical Engineering courses. He has sold several instrumentals to local Indianapolis Hip Hop and R&B artists dating back to his high school days in the mid 90's and co-produced 5 tracks on Micah J. Goodner's debut CD - For the Love of Smooth. He also produced several songs with friend and fellow producer Ramon Jack.
About Micah J. Goodner:
Micah, age 29, is a graduate of Broad Ripple Center for Performing Arts in Indianapolis, Indiana. A native of Indiana, he currently resides in Cincinnati, Ohio where he writes, performs, records, and produces R&B, Neo Soul, and Progressive R&B music. He has worked with recording artist Timothy McDonald (who has 1 album produced by famed producer Roger Ryan) and collaborates with DJ Spider as a songwriter/co-producer. Micah has been creating music and songwriting since 1993.
Micah was executive producer for his debut album - For The Love of Smooth. He wrote all the lyrics, recorded, and performed all vocals for this album.
