Guy Salama is one of the most known DJ's in Israel. Being a veteran broadcaster, he is hosting both the popular daily morning show 'Play now' (mainstream music) and the weekly trance show 'BPM FM – Trance on air', which features the biggest acts and producers of the international trance scene (both shows are highly rated shows on radio 99Esc, one of the most influential radio stations in Israel of all kinds of DANCE music).In November 2003, Guy compiled his first trance compilation 'b trance', named after his first trance radio show (in collaboration with leading Israeli label - HOMmega). In this compilation, he joined super-star DJ Astrix (one of the world's leading trance producers) for the opening track called 'Chaos' – a trance classic. This track was supported by DJ John 00 Fleming on his Ministry Of Sound radio show and played by him in huge events all over the world. 'Chaos' was also the outro track for one of Israel's biggest youth television shows -'Exit', The track has been licensed to various international compilations and was remixed by Israeli Pixel and the Brazilian Wrecked Machines.On February 2005 Guy released his second compilation based on his recent trance radio show 'BPM FM - Trance on air' (99Esc / HOMmega). For this project, Guy collaborated with Israeli trance act - Psy Craft and together they released 'Alegria', which was also taken as an absolute favorite by DJ John 00 Fleming and is still being ranked in many DJ top 10s.Both of Guy's compilations were block buster productions with the cream of the best of Israeli trance. The compilations sold over 10,000 copies and Guy started to headline massive events in Israel like the 'Orange / BU99FM Play & Music festival 2003', 'Esc / Red City 2004', Israel's 'Love Parade 2004', 'TIP World tour 2004' in Eilat and the biggest clubs in Israel.It was only a matter of short time before Guy was called to play outside of Israel and present his unique sets of club oriented trance music. At the New Year Eve of 2005 Guy played with DJ Scott Project in Ankara / Turkey (the event was sold out) and in May 2005 he played with the phenomenal act 'Infected Mushroom' in Nicosia / Cyprus in a special 'concert' produced by V.S.E , who also hold the local Gatecrasher, Smirnoff, Heineken and GoodGreef events. also took part in severl parties in: Japan, Switzerland and just got back from his second massive tour in Brazil!...Guy just finished his latest track 'Fun Kick' together with Israeli act 'Black & White' and 'Connect to the source' with 'Dali' to be released on her debut album soon. Also, 'Insert Silence' and the massive hit 'Out loud', feat. MC Jah-natan together with "X-noiZe".Now his new compilation 'BPM FM - Trance on air Vol.II' is out on HOMmega productions, with massive promotion tour.
