I'd like to describe myself as GENUINE, CARING, GROUNDED, CRAZY, TALENTED, PASSIONATE and most of all AMBITIOUS!!
My outlook on life is quite straight forward, what u see is what u get with me, lifes to short to be fake and bitchy, Theres way to many haterz out there trying to knock ppl down as soon as u turn ur back! So i aint got time 4 ppl that are not real or genuine!
So i take each day as it comes and Im living life to the max! 'I DONT DO FAILURE' So each day is a step to making my dreams come true!!!!!!!!!
At 20 years of age ive got so many dreams i'd like to achieve. One of my biggest achievements so far was becoming Trouble tvs BUMP AND GRIND WINNER 2006 (The search for the uk's best hip/hop dancer)!!! It was a journey and experience i will never forget,I met some wicked ppl on that journey who will be my friends 4 life and being crowned with that title truly made one of dreams come true!
Bump and grind led me onto some amazing opputunitys in 2007 right up to today!
One of my biggest beliefs in life is 'If you want something, no matter how hard it is to get,if you put your mind and heart in2 it, then its yours from day1'
From as far back as i can remember all i have ever wanted to do is perform and be on stage, so i have early memories of me singing in front of my bedroom mirror and copying all the latest dance steps in the music vids at the tender age of 3 to performing in and around essex at local talent comps!!
When i was 12 I started dancing for KARIZMA KREW (SCHOOL OF HIP/HOP AND STREET/LATIN AMERICAN) and this was when i really realised there was nothing else i wanted to do other than perform....The passion and adrenelin i felt when i was performing was and is the best feeling i ever felt! It set me completely free!
Whilst performing with KARIZMA i travelled all over the uk competing and battling against thousands of other dancers in street dance comps and shows... One of our biggest achievements when i was there was winning The nationals (STREET DANCE WEEKEND).....When i turned 15 i then started to look at another style of dance which led me to become David welch's (KARIZMA'S) salsa and latin american partner, Dancing with a partner who had so much experience taught me so much, so i'd like to give a HUGE shout out to David who was the best dance partner and teacher, ANYONE WHO KNOCKS HIM IS ONLY HATING!LOL.....
Then in 2004 it was time to leave school and start out there in the real world,So i auditioned for MASTERS PERFORMING ARTS COLLEGE which thankfully i was accepted into. From 2004 i studied musical theatre/commercial and experienced all styles of dance from ballet to modern to contempory and all the way through to commerical jazz, becoming more versatile to each style of dance thorough my period of time at masters was a battle coming from a hip/hop background but it made me a stronger person and performer and eventually it became second nature that is why i would like to Thank Wendy headford and all the staff at masters performing arts college!!!
In between all of the above For the past 4years Ive been doing solo gigs with my singing at weekends all across Europe from clubs to casinos to areana's so its all go go go!Which i love! I was also a tribute act to Britney spears for 4years when she was in her prime which i travelled internationally with, which was great fun!! A big thank-you goes out to my very first vocal coach Mrs maggie Roberts! Your belief in me has been never-ending!!!!!!
I've also been teaching street/hip-hop class's for 2years now in and around essex,one of the best feelings i feel in life is to inspire young up and coming talent!!!
This brings me right up to today april 2008 to update my info..... Im now in a girl group called FE-NIX consisiting of four girls including me,tanya,priceless, and Ayshen.
These past few months has been the most exciting and most biggest steps i've taken so far, Due to release our single within the next 4months...It finally feels my biggest dream of all time is not far outta my reach at all..
Year 2008 is gonna be BIIIGGGGGGGG!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Thanks to Genetic records And Charles Gordon our manager!
