My life....

About Me

I'm 27 years old and have been an RN for 4 years. I am currently working on my masters to become a Family Nurse Pracitioner. I also work full time as a nurse on an oncology (cancer) unit at a hospital in Barrington, IL. My life is crazy busy (but who's isn't). I have a wonderful husband, Steve, and spoiled rotten dog, Wrigley. I love my friends and family but see way to little of them. Thankfully they are the kind of relationships that pick up right where you left off... every time. I love my life and and the people in it and wouldn't trade it for the world!

My Interests

I love spending time with my husband, friends, and family. Going out or spending a quiet night hanging out at the house...it doesn't matter to me. I don't really have any hobbies or special intrests right now. Getting my masters and working full time takes up a majority of my free time.

I'd like to meet:

I'd give anything to see my grandfather again. He was a wonderful and giving man that cared greatly for his family. Sometimes 89 years just dosen't seem long enough.table style="border-collapse:collapse;"

WEDDING

Music:

Old school...super old school. Frank Sinatra!!! Sammy Davis Jr., Dean Martin, The Rat Pack. Bing Crosby. Their voices are so smooth and yet they have such comical personalities! Sure, I like all other music too, but these guys will never go out of style!

Movies:

Anything with a happy ending. Life is to short to be sad or scared!

Television:

Anything on the Discovery Health channel, The Learning Channel, and the History channel.

Books:

The only thing I get to read lately is school books. But when I do get time some of my favorite authors are Stephen King and Dan Brown.

Heroes:

My Grandfather, sometimes I feel as if we had so much in common. He always knew everything. & The family nurse practitioner I had growing up. Her kindness and knowledge amazed me and pointed me in the direction of being a family nurse practitioner myself.
