Haiwye

Born Zackery Hamilton (Haiwye) walked the streets of Tunica, MS searching for a way to get out of the ghetto. Inspired by the great southern rappers Eightball & MJG from Memphis which was only 30 minutes away. Haiwye follows in the footsteps of them to find his own way. Receiving his name from his older cousin Terrance Jackson already established on the streets of Chicago. He felt that the Mic set him free and the aggression and hatred of the south came out of him when he rhymed. Motivated by the struggles of the greatest rappers alive like: Jay-Z, Pac, Big, UGK, Scarface and Master-P. He combines all his emotions to make the music that he loves. He feels music is a talent not just entertainment to be heard but to be felt. Taking nothing for granted he grinds ..ping his first album Da Difference after only 6 months it was proven that the kid had more to offer than crunk beats and a deep voice. Receiving much love from everyone that he greeted and DJs at near by radio stations. It was a given fact that he was on his way somewhere. Speaking to the producers of St. Louis (Trac Boyz) and being critiqued by them saying he was on his way. He uses that to get and go everywhere music is being played With one goal in mind (when music is mentioned in any conversation Haiwye will be in the conversation.)
