Nothing beats a good book to read, walking on the beach, browsing the internet, hanging out with a best friend, spending time in my home video production studio, relaxing, directing, writing scripts for my TV shows and watching CNN news.

My favorite television shows are the ones I produce and direct, "A-TownEast" in Atlanta, and "Love Always, Charleston" in Charleston, SC. ABC's "Grey Anatomy" ESPN Sports and CNN News are at the top of the list
A good novel is always relaxing but the book of wisdom is the best......"The BIBLE".
My only heroe is GOD. My earthly heroes were my mom and all the music legends we lost....Gerald LeVert, Luther Vandross, Barry White, Lou Rawls, Rick James, Curtis Mayfield and those that are not on my list.
