I like all the same stuff that you do, but if you are really interested in an elaboration of "me", feel free to read what I put below. I'm sure I'm describing you to a certain extent.
It's interesting to see what people put (or don't put) in their "about me" section. It seems like people who just say whatever they're thinking in a piece of writing can end up sounding silly. We don't think of our MySpace page as journalism but since it can involve a lot of writing, those of us who talk in text like they do in real life end up sounding like meat heads.
I LOVE reading story books. Also known as "Fiction", but that's a boring word for something rad. Story Books!! Wheee! Check my books section for a look-see at some of my favorite fiction authors, meaning; authors I tend to return to (duh!). You might notice a familiar name or two!
I love to play music. (I'm, admittedly, not that good). I play bass and guitar, and right now I'm involved with two different groups. Tambien toco la flauta de piel. Yo toco muy bien. Ask Ted...heh heh.
I love hiking, but I'm not a hiking fiend like some people. My ideal "hike" is more like a stroll through the woods. Here in Santa Cruz we're lucky to have many different types of forest. I love the nostalgic smell of the redwoods in the summer and I love the dry quiet of a pine forest at sunset.
I especially *love* BBQ's. They're pretty much the best thing in the world. If you don't already know what I'm talking about, I suggest you go to one. TODAY. Buy some meat or some hippie-ass tofu burgers, go to a park and bbq that shit up! GO!
