My name is Libby. But not really.
I am a girl. Its sort of taken me a long time to accept this fact.
Only daughter of the four children born to a primary teacher and a vet.
I'm an optimist, ornithaphobic and master procrastinator.
I go to church and bible study and love it.
I volunteer at my church's shop - its one of the highlights of my week.
I pretty much just love making people happy.
I'm quite fond of travel. I'd like to see the world. I hope to film/photograph a lot of it too.
And meet a ton of people in the process. Especially children. Children are fun.
I wish everyone thought like children once in a while. Simplicity is the key, man.
And I wish we'd spend more time watching and listening. There is so much to be learnt!!
I enjoy getting to know people. How can there be so many so different?
I'm seriously impressed by nature.
And the One who created it.
I believe laughter is the best medicine, experience the best teacher. Clap for clichés!
I'm really not anywhere near as patient as I would like to be.
But public transport and I are getting pretty well acquainted.
I love adventures, new experiences and freedom.
I get addicted to things pretty easily. Tetris and Guitar Hero being examples.
I also drink a lot of tea and continually crave ice cream.
I could spend many an hour staring at maps or my globe. They just intrigue me.
Listening to good music makes me smile and feel tingly. Especially via headphones.
I have a habit of telling people things that I was "just about to say but then didn't" which kind of defeats the purpose.
I speculate a lot and think its great when people use their imaginations and join in!
I value empathy and trust and I reckon love is more powerful than most of us realise.
I'm currently taking a break to find out what I'll be doing with my life...
the suspense is killing me :)
