Before you read any further - let me tell you some of the reasons why I am cool (that being a subjective term) and some of the reasons why I am not cool. First the reasons that I am cool:I wear fun socks; I have sat atop a 14,000 ft mountain; I dressed up as baby New Year for two years while working on a cruise ship; I have had drinks with both Mr. Belding and Screech; I can sing the entire McDonalds Menu song; I can clap one handed; I give great massages; and I once bought an entire airplane a round of drinks. Not to mention that my 7 year old nephew thinks I am the "Cool Uncle". Most important I know that all of these things mean very little in the overall scope of the world. Now - for the reasons that I am not cool (some people might say). I wear fun socks; have had drinks with Screech; I read the Harry Potter books the day they come out and have finished the last three in less than 24 hours. I love stupid jokes - as in the ones that make little to no sense at all. (Two penguins are sitting in a bath tub and one penguin says to the other "Hey, pass the soap" The other one says "What do I look like? A Penguin?"). I admit to picking my nose. There are many more reasons that I am not cool but let's face it - that just makes me cooler right? (Sure buddy, you keep telling yourself that).Anyway, here is a little more about me. William James once said "We do not laugh because we are happy - we are happy because we laugh." I cannot think of a better saying to fit me and my personality. I love to laugh and I love to think. Fortunately I have been able to parlay those two loves into a career. I work as an inspirational comedian. I travel around the county helping people live a better life. I feel that I have the greatest job in the world and am truly blessed to be able to do it. I have had some great opportunities, meet some amazing people, and have gotten to touch peoples lives while doing it. It is a powerfully humbling thought. With that said - I live in Cleveland, love the Indians, and have season tickets. I have a great group of friends both at home and abroad. I love the summertime more than any - cooking out steaks, drinking Coronas, sitting on the porch in the evening after having ridden my wave runner during the day. Life doesn't get much better than this. .. .. ....>
