Vocal Records was founded in January 2003. The Managing Directors are Brian Allen and George Sitwell. Allen is a world renowned producer and song writer having completed lyrics for hundreds of songs in his career lifespan. He was the catalyst behind The Black & White Brothers original 'Put Your Hands Up' and has recorded numerous Top Ten hits throughout Europe, including Crystal Clear – ‘Live Your Life’ and ‘Gypsy Love’. He has worked with many great vocal artists such as Joy Malcolm (Moby), Jocelyn Brown, Angie Brown, Oliver Cheatham and JC Bentley and has collaborated with many stars of the dance world including Tara Mcdonald (My My My- Fame)singer/songwriter/producer Don-e, Ron Tom, DJ Spoony and Jonathon Espinosa / Mike Sinnot of the Pleasure Seekers to name but a few.Vocal’s first promotional release, U’nique Feat Angie Brown – ‘Reach’ was a recognised hit on the dance scene, receiving spins on all major radio stations and in clubs throughout Europe. Distributed by Lasgo and Prime Distribution the funky follow-up single, ‘Mindbuster’ propelled the Vocal brand to a well known name on the dance floor throughout Europe and North America.Having built strong personal relationships with suppliers, distributors and clients and with extremely talented, ingenious and creative business teams in tow, Vocal is planning an international expansion in 2007. Having conquered the dance scene Vocal is now primarily focused on intensifying its presence in to the mainstream marketplace.Vocal Records offices are based in trendy Holland Park, West London while their studios (Triple A Studios) are located in the up and coming area of Queens Park in North London.
