At age 12, Dave began his journey in the music business with one turntable and a tape recorder making what he calls, pause tapes. Dave says “I would catch the break from the record, pause it onto tape and loop it perfectly on beat”. After completing his 1st short album in his small makeshift studio he duplicated it and sold over 400 copies to family members, teachers, classmates, and friends. Dave says, “I always knew I would become a singer, I just couldn’t find anyone who produces music the way I wanted to hear it, that’s when I decided to do it myself”. To date, he has worked with R&B singer Ginuwine, Dre & Vidal, AZ, Mack 10, Lloyd Banks, Young Buck, Scarface, and 8Ball, just to name a few. Dave also wrote and produced a song called “Always Be There” for Easy Moe Bee's album ‘Now or Never Odyssey 2000'. He has also produced the song entitled “Iceman” for Lloyd Banks' 2006’ album Rotten Apple. He signed with the Universal Music Publishing Group in 2005’ with the help of his godfather music veteran and legend Clarence Avant. He’s opened up for Grammy award winner Nelly and the St Lunatics at Radio City Music Hall in NYC and also performed at The Wachovia Arena in Wilkes-Barre PA, The Sherman Theater in Stroudsburg PA, and The Constitution Hall in Washington D.C. Dave is currently working on songs to be presented to Whitney Houston, Usher, Jennifer Hudson, Alicia Keys, 50 Cent, Beyonce, P Diddy, and Paul Wall. Dave's current plans are to create his own sound and brand that will change the face of today’s popular music scene. He has produced all the songs for his up coming album "By Any Means”.
